The third Dunsford Beer & Music Festival will be here on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October 2026.

Opening times are 6pm until 10:30 on Friday; 12 noon until 10:30 on Saturday

DADS Summer Performance - The Land Girls, 23rd to 25th July

Step into the heart of wartime Britain in this uplifting new outdoor production, where laughter, resilience, and community take centre stage. When a group of inexperienced young women arrive to help on a struggling farm, chaos is never far behind, but as the seasons turn, so does something within them. Through muddy mishaps, hard graft, and unexpected friendships, they discover strength they never knew they had. Filled with humour, warmth, and stirring ensemble moments, this is a feel-good story of courage and connection that celebrates the extraordinary in ordinary people.

This production is outside - bring a picnic and enjoy this play for all ages!

DADS Summer Performance - 24th and 25th July 7pm and 26th July 3pm

Adapted from Shakespeare’s The Merry Wives of Windsor, this lively outdoor production is bursting with local flavour, Devonshire dialect, and a mischievous sense of fun.

Expect a fast-paced tale of trickery, mistaken identities, and ridiculous romantic misadventures as the cunning Mistress Ford, Mistress Page and friends outwit the boastful rogue, Sir John Falstaff.

DADS Pantomime - Aladdin 10th to 17th January 2026

DADS returns January 2026 with their Annual Family Pantomime. This time we bring you Aladdin, by new writer and director Anne Hood.

After sold out pantomimes Cinderella and The Little Mermaid, make sure you get your tickets in plenty of time. Tickets are on sale now, and are going fast, even with an extra performance for 2026.

Please note DADS cannot provide refunds or exchanges so make sure you check the date and time before purchasing. If you have any questions please contact the box office.

As tradition, pasties will be available to pre-order on arrival, ready for the interval.

A big thank you to everyone who supported the Nearly New Sale which was held on 22 March. Lots of people donated goods, helped on the day or supported the event by buying our items. We raised nearly £650.00 which will go to the Village Hall funds.

The Little Mermaid - 11th January to 18th January 2025

DADS are proud and excited to announce the 2025 Pantomime. This year we bring you The Little Mermaid written by Judy Harrison which is filled with a wonderful cast from the Teign Valley and surrounding areas.
As always we will bring you a family friendly panto with familiar characters, well known songs and lots and lots of laughs for all ages.

Tickets are now on sale for the DADS Summer Performance, The Importance of Being Earnest, directed by Jeremy Balfour.

The Importance of Being Earnest is a play by Oscar Wilde, first performed in 1895. The play tells the story of two men, Jack Worthing and Algernon Moncrieff, who both assume the identity of a fictional man named Ernest, leading them both to fall in love and find an assortment of problems along the way.

There will be a cash bar.

We had a great day at the Dunsford Show meeting as many of you as possible.

We made £100 for the Hall funds and gave out lots of flyers for our upcoming Beer Fest (See above).

Devon Youth Jazz Orchestra Returns to Dunsford

We are delighted to welcome back DYJO (they pronounce it 'die-jo') for a concert in the Village Hall on Sunday 28th April.

The concert will start at 4pm, with doors opening at 3:30pm. This is genuinely by public demand - the tickets sold out very quickly last year, and we have been asked many times if we could have them back. We didn't need much encouragement because they are brilliant!

If you haven't heard them play before don't miss out this year. Within seconds you completely forget they are school children playing and get caught up the music.

There will be a licensed bar providing beer, lager, cider and wine, with soft drinks available too. Thanks to Anne at The Teign House Inn for facilitating this.

Pilates at the Village Hall - Mondays

Easter Fun - Sunday March 24th at 2:30pm

Join us for an all-village afternoon of fun and games on the Sunday before Easter.

Adults come free - £5 per child.

Big Brunch and Tree Giveaway - 3rd February

The Dunsford Big Brunch returns to the Village Hall raising money for the Dunsford Academy PTFA. Locally sourced food will be served from 9:30 to 12:30.

At the same time, based in the Dressing Room there is a Free Tree Giveaway. 300 trees will be available on a first come first served basis from 10am. The trees will be between 20-40cm in height and will come with instructions and tree protection.

What better way to start the day than with a breakfast and then pick up a tree or two to plant at home.

Cinderella: 13th - 20th January, 2024

DADS are back with their much loved annual Dunsford pantomime, entertaining audience members from all over Devon and beyond. This year we bring you Cinderella with an original script by Meg Sharland and directed by her big sister Chloe and is filled with a wonderful cast from the Teign Valley and surrounding areas.

The cast, crew and everyone at DADS look forward to welcoming you!
